Ingredients: Raspberry leaf, nettle, spearmint, ginger, oatstraw, rose petals, lemon balm, and chamomile.

Brew 2 tsp per cup for 5-7 min @ 212° F/ 100° C

Raspberry leaf: Tones and strengthens the uterus as well as softens the cervix to ease labor.

Nettle: Soothes the body's aches as it is rich in vitamins and minerals such as, selenium, potassium, iron, calcium and vitamins A,C, and K. Supports the health of your kidneys.

Oatstraw: Rich in blood building nutrients iron, calcium and magnesium, gently calms your nerves.

Rose Petals: An excellent tonic for pregnant women. Helps regulate hormones and reduce the risk of complications during pregnancy. It is said to have a cooling effect on the body, which can help alleviate morning sickness, nausea, vomiting and other pregnancy-related discomforts. Rose can help reduce their risk of oxidative stress and protect their developing fetus. Rose is believed to have a cooling effect on the digestive system, which can help reduce inflammation and improve overall digestive function.

Lemon Balm: Has a calming effect to ease anxiety, irritability and insomnia.

Spearmint: Soothing and relieves nausea.

Chamomile: carminative (digestion improving) and nervine (nerve calming). Helps improve relaxation and sleep.

Ginger: Helps improve digestion, as well as relieve nausea and vomiting.
